With the spread of corona virus or Covid -19, the board has discussed and resolved to postpone the AGM date of 4th April 2020 until further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Thai government has already taken steps to cancel gatherings with more than 50 people in close proximity, which includes a gathering like the AGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Land Allocation Act 2000, a general meeting must be held within 120 days after accounting term. This means a date for the AGM should be within end of April. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The board will follow up with the covid-19 situation in Thailand and will see if it’s feasible to set a date within this term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Otherwise the annual general meeting documents and balance sheet of 2019 will be submitted to land department to confirm that Emerald Green Housing Estate Juristic Person have no intention to avoid the Annual General Meeting of homeowners as regard to the Land Allocation Act 2000, and a date can be set when the situation of the outbreak of the virus Covid 19 will be resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
