Registration

Today – December 21th 2016 – The JP of The Emerald Green has officially applied for registration at the Land Department.

We received a check already of ฿853,128.57 Thai Baht from the developer.

After these 30 days the JP of The Emerald Green will also receive the additional check of ฿631,351 from the Land Department.

The total amount together that we will start the JP with will be ฿1,484,479.57 Thai Baht.

In the meantime the JP will look for candidates for management companies, security companies, common area maintenance, prepare accounting regarding outstanding maintenance fees, cost inquiries for fencing The Emerald Green and more things and issues that we will have to do.
