Drainage covers

In July 2019 the drainage have been cleaned according to the resolution of the last annual general meeting and afterwards the board requested a report from the contractor.

In the report, it has been addressed that the concrete lids are in bad condition. The concrete drainage covers (thicker and therefore heavier than necessary) as well as the support edges for the covers (too small and only 3 sides) are of poor quality.

After recent inspection by Engineers of QPM Management, it was concluded that all residents of Emerald Green have to be careful when driving or parking their cars on the common area road by avoiding the drainage covers until they have been replaced.

Warning signs have been placed around the estate to make all residents aware of the danger.

The management and the board is going to set up a action plan.
