ขอเชิญเข้าร่วมประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี 2564 / Invitation for AGM 2021

ตามที่นิติบุคคลหมู่บ้านจัดสรรเอ็มเมอรัล กรีน ได้ดำเนินการภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของคณะกรรมการนิติบุคลลฯ เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามพระราชบัญญัติการจัดสรรที่ดิน พ.ศ. 2543 ซึ่งกำหนดให้นิติบุคคลฯ จัดการประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี อย่างน้อยปีละ1ครั้ง เพื่อรายงานผลการดำเนินการและเปิดโอกาสให้ท่านสมาชิกได้แสดงความคิดเห็น หรือข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการบริหารและกิจกรรมการต่างๆ
ดังนั้น นิติบุคคลหมู่บ้านจัดสรรเอ็มเมอรัล กรีน จึงใคร่ขอเรียนเชิญท่านสมาชิกหมู่บ้านทุกท่าน
เข้าร่วมประชุมใหญ่สามัญสมาชิก ประจำปี 2564 ในวันเสาร์ ที่ 24 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2564 เวลา 09.00 น. – 12.00 น. สถานที่ประชุม ณ โรงแรม หัวหิน แกรนด์ แอนด์ พลาซ่า
The Emerald Green Housing Estate Juristic Person has carried out the operation under the supervision of the Juristic Office in order to ensure conformance with the 2000 Land Distribution Act, in which the required procedure in a form of annual general meeting is to be held at least once in a year. The purpose of the general meeting is to meet, report the progresses of any ongoing operations and allow the opportunity for the members to bring about motions containing concerned topics and offer suggestions on new activities or constructive management approaches.
The Emerald Green Housing Estate Juristic Person will hereby invite all members to participate in the 2021 Annual General Meeting Saturday, April 24th, 2021 at 09.00 – 12.00 hours at venue Hua Hin Grand and Plaza
